Today is our last full day in France and we are spending it in the towns of Antibes and Juan-les-Pins which are resorts located between Cannes and Nice on the Côte d’Azur. Like many of the harbours along the Côte d’Azur, there are huge yachts and sailing ships here and beautiful sandy beaches which make for fantastic people watching. Juan-les-Pins is a chic resort with buzzing nightlife and a great Jazz scene. Today, however, it’s raining cats and dogs so we’re skipping the beach and walking the streets of Antibes, an old town of 75,000 which is enclosed by 16th century ramparts with the star-shaped Fort Carré. The forested Cap d’Antibes peninsula is dotted with grand villas and separates Antibes from Juan-les-Pins. A great place to end our summer in France!

YOLO (you only live once) is our motto to live by, especially this past summer!
