Sep. 20 - Lorgues 🇫🇷

Lorgues is a community of approximately 9,000 in the Var department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region in southeastern France. It is located in the middle of wineries and fields of olive trees and has its fair share of historic religious buildings, ruins, olive oil mills, and ancient façades. We drove one hour from Sainte-Maxime to reach Lorgues and happened to hit its market day. After a walk through the market and the town centre, we stopped for lunch in one of their quaint outdoor restaurants before returning to our villa for happy hour, a boules tournament, and our last dinner together. It has been a great week and hard to believe that tomorrow Dave, Dara, Randy and Laura start their journey home to the USA. À bientôt mes amis!
