June 16 - Palombaggia, Corsica 🇫🇷

Today we enjoyed a fabulous lunch at Playa Baggia in Palombaggia. Fresh snapper caught this morning and grilled to perfection. A garden salad with local cheese and tomatoes mixed in, and some fresh calamari to start. All washed down with some beautiful, fresh and crisp rose wine. Afterwards a lengthy swim in the Mediterranean which was a seasonally cool 24 degrees which was a great contrast to the 38 degree day. Perfection! At night we celebrated Kirk & Maria’s 21st wedding anniversary with a dinner at the villa and music provided by our DJ Alisa.
